In-house training
At FR, we constantly strive to improve. For us, there is no such thing as “best practices”—we always strive for “better practice.”
We believe we can help each other improve, and we support this through internal training conducted in every conceivable way: observing colleagues at work, internally developed self-study materials, and in-depth training sessions on specific topics such as taxes, inheritance, and beneficiaries.
We offer our meeting coordinators a training program consisting of six modules that provide them with insight into the world of retirement planning—products, taxes, inheritance, social benefits, and the underlying legislation. The program concludes with an exam, and those who subsequently wish to try their hand at providing advice are offered an individualized development program.
We support all of our employees and offer training if they wish to take on a new role. We support them when they need to obtain certification and when they participate in external training.
